Hyundai expanded the Creta lineup with two new variants:
EX(O): Situated between the EX and S trims, it offers features like a panoramic sunroof and LED reading lights.
SX Premium: Positioned between the SX Tech and SX(O) trims, it includes amenities such as leatherette seats, front ventilated seats, an 8-way powered driver's seat, and an 8-speaker Bose audio system.
The top-tier SX(O) variant now comes equipped with a rain sensor, rear wireless charger, and scooped seats. Additionally, a Smart Key with motion sensor functionality is available from the S(O) variant upwards.
Design and Color Options:
The facelifted Creta features design updates, including a refreshed front grille and LED headlamps. The color palette now includes Titan Grey Matte and Starry Night, available across all variants.
Powertrain Options:
The 2025 Creta continues to offer three engine choices:
1.5-litre Naturally Aspirated Petrol: Delivers 113 bhp and 143.8 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual or IVT automatic transmission.
1.5-litre Turbocharged Petrol: Produces 157 bhp and 253 Nm of torque, mated to a 7-speed DCT automatic.
1.5-litre Diesel: Generates 114 bhp and 250 Nm of torque, available with a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox.
Pricing:
The updated Creta is priced between ₹11.11 lakh and ₹20.42 lakh (ex-showroom), catering to a wide range of budgets.
Upcoming Third-Generation Model:
Hyundai plans to launch the third-generation Creta in India by 2027. Codenamed SX3, this model is expected to retain current engine options, with the possibility of introducing a hybrid variant. The new generation will feature significant design changes, an expanded feature list, and enhanced safety equipment.
