Bhubaneswar, Odisha: Seereon Consulting & IT Services Private Limited is strengthening its presence in the software development and enterprise technology sector by helping businesses and educational institutions simplify operations through practical, business-focused digital solutions. Founded by Santosh Kumar Nayak and Sarasweta Patra, the Bhubaneswar-based company combines custom software development, SAP consulting, and its own technology products to address real operational challenges.
With a focus on business processes rather than coding alone, Seereon aims to develop systems that organizations can integrate into their daily operations and use to improve visibility, productivity, and decision-making.
In this interview, the company's approach, key achievements, technology products, and future expansion plans are discussed.
Q1. Could you tell us about Seereon Consulting & IT Services Private Limited and the services it provides?
Seereon is a software development company based in Bharatpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, delivering technology projects across multiple countries. Our primary areas of expertise are custom software development and SAP consulting.
Alongside client-focused development services, we are building our own software products to address specific business needs. These include SeerHR, a human resource management system; EdureoneCampus, an end-to-end school ERP platform; and SeerOS, a management tool designed to help leadership teams understand where productivity, delivery, and revenue processes are getting delayed.
Our objective is to help organizations replace manual activities and disconnected systems with technology that supports their everyday work.
Q2. What makes Seereon different from other software development companies?
Our approach begins with understanding the business process. Software is useful only when it solves the right problem and fits the way people work.
Many projects can begin with a technical discussion about features and coding. At Seereon, we first examine how a business operates, where its processes slow down, and what its teams need from a digital system.
Our approach is supported by more than two decades of enterprise SAP experience. This background helps us understand complex workflows and design software around operational requirements. We believe that successful technology is not simply installed; it must be practical, relevant, and adopted by the people who use it.
Q3. What is one of the company's most significant achievements?
One of our notable achievements was replacing an expensive E2open tool used by a global client with a custom-built solution. The project delivered an estimated return on investment of approximately $1 million over five years.
This experience demonstrated the potential of developing technology specifically around an organization's needs. Instead of relying entirely on an expensive existing tool, the client received a solution designed for its operational requirements.
For us, the project reflects an important principle: the value of software should be measured by the business problems it solves and the measurable benefits it delivers.
Q4. Who are your primary customers, and how do your solutions help them?
We serve growing Indian businesses and educational institutions that want better control over their operations. These organizations often depend on manual processes, spreadsheets, or multiple systems that do not communicate effectively with each other.
Our solutions help bring important information and workflows into a more connected environment.
For example, we developed a custom customer relationship management system for Digitalratha, which increased its sales closing rate by 27%. The project highlights how a solution designed around a company's sales process can support better tracking, coordination, and conversion.
For schools, EdureoneCampus aims to streamline administrative and academic operations. For businesses, our custom software, SAP consulting, and management tools focus on improving process visibility and operational efficiency.
Q5. Could you explain your key products, including SeerHR, EdureoneCampus, and SeerOS?
SeerHR is our human resource management system, designed to support organizations in managing employee-related processes through a digital platform. We are working to expand its reach among businesses that need a more organized approach to HR operations.
EdureoneCampus is our AI-powered, end-to-end school ERP. It is designed to support the interconnected activities involved in school management, helping institutions bring administrative and academic processes into one system.
SeerOS is designed for C-suite executives and business leaders who need a clearer view of organizational performance. It focuses on productivity, delivery, and revenue bottlenecks, helping leadership teams identify where processes may be slowing down and where attention is needed.
Each product addresses a different operational requirement, but all three follow the same philosophy: technology should make work easier to manage and information easier to understand.
Q6. Have you recently introduced any important initiatives or products?
Yes. EdureoneCampus and SeerOS represent two important areas of our product development.
With EdureoneCampus, we are focusing on the needs of educational institutions that want to manage school operations through a connected digital system. Its AI-powered approach is part of our broader effort to make technology more useful in everyday institutional management.
SeerOS addresses the needs of business leaders who require a consolidated view of operational performance. Rather than reviewing productivity, delivery, and revenue separately, the platform is designed to help them understand how these areas relate to one another.
We believe both products can address practical challenges in their respective sectors.
Q7. What major milestones are you working toward?
We have secured a multi-campus ERP contract with Mother's Public School, with the implementation scheduled to go live this month, October 2026.
This milestone is significant for our education technology business because multi-campus deployments require systems that can support operations across different locations while providing a connected management framework.
We have also established a target of reaching more than 100,000 students on EdureoneCampus by 2029. For SeerHR, our target is to onboard more than 100,000 employees by 2031.
These are long-term goals that reflect our intention to scale our products and serve a broader customer base.
Q8. What new projects are currently in development?
Our current priorities include expanding EdureoneCampus across schools and growing the adoption of SeerHR.
We are also developing MineReon, an end-to-end mining ERP designed to cover areas such as production, dispatch, and compliance. The goal is to address the connected operational requirements of the mining sector through a dedicated software platform.
In addition, we are designing an inventory management product for Indian manufacturers. The product is intended to address inventory-related workflows and the practical requirements of manufacturing businesses.
These initiatives reflect our interest in developing focused solutions for industries with distinct operational challenges.
Q9. How do you see the future of software development and enterprise technology in India?
We believe businesses will increasingly look for technology that provides practical outcomes rather than simply adding more digital tools. Organizations need systems that fit their workflows, connect information, and help teams make decisions with greater clarity.
Artificial intelligence, enterprise platforms, and custom software can all contribute to this shift. However, the business process must remain central to the design. Technology creates value when it addresses real needs and supports the people responsible for delivering results.
For Indian businesses and educational institutions, accessible and adaptable software can play an important role in improving operational management as they grow.
Q10. What is Seereon's long-term vision?
Our long-term vision is to build reliable, business-focused technology products while continuing to deliver custom software development and SAP consulting services to clients in India and international markets.
We want EdureoneCampus to support a growing network of students and schools, SeerHR to serve a substantial employee base, and SeerOS to help business leaders gain better visibility into organizational performance. Through MineReon and our planned inventory product, we also aim to address the needs of additional industries.
At Seereon, we believe that the strongest technology solutions begin with understanding how businesses work. Our focus will remain on turning that understanding into useful software that helps organizations operate with greater clarity, coordination, and control.
